The Legend of Simon Conjurer…is this a real movie?

Posted on Saturday, April 15, 2006 in Uncategorized

This is a strange one. So strange, no one is really sure if this is a real movie. I did see an interview with Jon Voight on Best Week Ever and he spoke about it. Who knows.

Here is the link to the official homepage for the movie: http://www.thelegendofsimonconjurer.com/

  1. someone told me this is reall crazy stuff, but it’s like the movie the ring but very oppositte. something about when you watch the movie, that something really good happens to you. something you can’t imagine. like a miracle or something.

i don’t believe it. But i’m going to watch it non the less.

  2. why is this such a weird movie? i don’t get what is making everyone freak about this.

  3. okay, i guess i understand better now (did some research), but if it’s not a real movie:
i’m gonna be bummed, because it looks really good.
what’s the point of the mystery? if it’s a good movie, why do such a lame stunt to get attention?

  4. Late last night I found a website that did some digging and found some details on it:
    http://www.themotherscratcher.com
They seemed to hint there was some union fighting so they moved the set to Canada, and had to leave off the director’s name. Some weirdness going on though.

  5. Never even heard of it.

  6. I’m going to see it, when/if it comes out.

  7. this counts as a comic, right?

  8. I WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!

  9. no man, i heard something else as to why the director left his name off. I read on anotehr forum, that in the very end of the movie, after the credits, the director explains why he did it. Supposedly, it’s not because he’s afraid, or anything to do with the unions. Something really cool.. Whatever it is, I’m really curious. I can’t wait!

  10. It does look like a comedy, but I love to hear there are all these mysterious things about it and it’s making. I’m so in. What is the release date?

  11. I like the idea of watching a bad movie cause you know the sacrifice will pay for something good. I think that’s what dillydally was saying, hmmmmm…

  12. I saw the movie it is real…but i didnt stay after the credits so I dont know about the director’s explination after the credits.

  13. I liked the movie. Reminded me of a strange dream I had once in the sixties. Or was it a dream? But I did like it. Makes me think about things.

  14. Is this out yet? I don’t see it at any theaters around here.
